Group Facilitator Ordering

Registered Group Facilitators may place their orders by email, telephone, fax, or mail. Group Facilitator orders cannot be placed in the online store.

The Group Facilitator discount is available on all products listed in the EckhartTolle.com online store, with the exception of music titles. Other restrictions may apply

The Group Facilitator discount of 30% cannot be combined with special offers.

Wholesale Ordering

Wholesale orders can be placed by email, telephone, fax, or mail. Wholesale orders cannot be placed in the online store.

To qualify for a wholesale discount you must be purchasing items for re-sale in a bookstore or web store. Please provide your bookstore or web store details with your order. All prices and discount rates are subject to change without notice.

New wholesale accounts must prepay orders. To qualify for payment terms of net 30 days, wholesale accounts must establish a payment history with Eckhart Teachings and provide credit references.
Returns are not accepted on wholesale orders.

Eckhart Teachings manufactured titles:
1-9 items 30% discount
10 – 24 items 45% discount
25 - 99 items 50% discount
100+ items 55% discount

All other Eckhart Tolle titles:
1-9 items 30% discount
10+ items 40% discount

Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with special offers.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from the United States of America. Shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of your order. The checkout process will provide you with the available shipping options and the costs.

All in-stock items will ship within 24 hours (business days) of placing your order (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

Once the carrier has picked up your product, it is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver the product to you. Please refer to the carrier you choose for their delivery guarantees.

Additional charges for customs and clearance may apply to your shipment for destinations outside of the USA. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. All such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

 

 

Returns & Replacements

New and unopened products will be refunded the full cost, less shipping and handling charges, when returned with a sales receipt within 60 days of original purchase date.

Defective items may be exchanged for the identical title only when returned within 90 days of original purchase date and accompanied by a sales receipt. Please note we do not replace scratched or mishandled product.
