Q - Why do Eckhart's events cost money?
A - Eckhart would like to spread the teaching around the world at no cost. With a number of internal expenses including salaries, office space, rental fee for locations of events, airfare for Eckhart to travel to each destination etc., it is necessary to charge admission at lectures in order to continue to spread the message.
Q - How often does Eckhart Teachings send newsletters?
A - In addition to quarterly newsletters, we may send special announcements about new events and offerings from time to time.

A - Yes, each event has a number of scholarships available to pensioners, students, persons with a disability, and low income. Please click on the scholarships button which is listed under the "Events" category for more information on applying for a scholarship.
Q - What is a local group?
A - A local group is a gathering for people wishing to come together to immerse themselves in Eckhart’s teachings. The group is facilitated by a volunteer usually in their home. The group may start with a meditation and then watch Eckhart’s teaching DVDs or listen to his CDs together. There may be an opportunity to share your experiences with the group after, however Eckhart discourages groups from discussion as this will feed and stimulate the thinking mind. Q - Where can I send mail to Eckhart?
A - Until recently, Eckhart was reading each letter sent to him personally. Q - Will Eckhart’s DVDs play worldwide?
A - Yes, all of the DVDs carried at eckharttolle.com are Region or Zone Free in NTSC format which allows them to play on PAL systems in addition to NTSC, as long as the DVD player was manufactured in the year 2000 or after.
Q - How do I teach my children to live in the present moment?
